Litigation funder raises $35m

Litigation funder Litigation Lending Services (LLS) has raised $35m in a move that adds to the company’s financial stability  and opens up opportunities for growth.

The funds were obtained through a credit facility with a global alternative asset manager headquartered in Australia. The facility strengthens the LLS’ financial structure alongside its current fund and balance sheet.

"We are thrilled to have successfully secured a new $35m credit facility, reinforcing our financial stability and positioning us for continued growth and impact," chair Shaun Bonétt said. "This not only strengthens our ability to support meritorious cases but also reinforces our belief that everyone deserves fair access to legal recourse, regardless of their financial situation."
