Adrian Rodrigues brings over a decade of significant experience in property law

MinterEllison lures KPMG Law national real estate head

MinterEllison has lured the national head of KPMG Law’s real estate practice, Adrian Rodrigues, as its newest special counsel.

Rodrigues joins MinterEllison’s real estate team, bringing more than a decade of experience in all aspects of property law. Notably, he is an expert in the identification of risks and relevant issues.

He has represented national wind and solar farm operators on all aspects of the land access and tenure arrangements for significant projects. He has also worked with international operators on the portfolio sales of renewable assets; he has tackled vendor due diligence enquiries and provided advice on regulatory aspects and sale documentation.

Moreover, Rodrigues has handled acquisitions and disposals, leasing across various asset classes, and development and structuring issues.
