Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) has helped the Singaporean subsidiary of American Tower to sell off a portfolio of land to Waveconn and Connexa.

The portfolios include ground interests at key mobile telecommunications infrastructure sites in Australia and New Zealand, such as land under mobile towers and building rooftops. Waveconn will get the Australian land, while Connexa picks up the New Zealand land.

The deal is set to complete later this year or early next year, pending the fulfilment of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
