Seasoned IP lawyer joins up with Pearce IP

Seasoned IP lawyer Rosie Stramandinoli has joined Pearce IP as a special counsel, patent and trade mark attorney (AU, NZ).  

Stramandinoli brings over three decades of experience from stints in private practice as well as in-house. She also has a background in chemistry and business. 

She works with clients in the pharma, biopharma, biotech, food tech, ag-tech, and med-tech sectors. She has handled local and global patent matters, tackling drafting, prosecution, opposition, portfolio management, due diligence analyses, and commercialisation.  

Additionally, she has provided patent infringement opinions, freedom to operate analyses and litigation support, Pearce IP said.
