Senior associate Vivianne Wilson-Tonscheck has ascended to the partnership at Queensland firm Creevey Horrell Lawyers.

Wilson-Tonscheck has been with the firm for four years. She specialises in family law and is mainly based in Toowoomba, although she also works across Brisbane and regional Queensland.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Wilson-Tonscheck served in the Royal Australian Air Force. She has been involved in Family Law Court proceedings in Darwin, Sydney, Toowoomba, Rockhampton, Townsville, Brisbane, Cairns, Newcastle and Adelaide.

“Vivianne’s family law expertise includes divorce, separation, property settlements, binding financial agreements, de facto relationships, children’s matters, and child support”, principal Clare Creevey said. “With more than 16 years’ experience specialising in family law, Vivianne has demonstrated her expertise, passion, and dedication. Creevey Horrell Lawyers operates across Brisbane, Roma, Toowoomba, and Townsville.
