Sparke Helmore has added 12 to its partnership.

Aimee Dash, Nell McGill, Carly Roberts, Jon Tyne and Calvin Tay were elevated to the role, while Kylie Wilson, Scott Puxty, Marie-Clare Elder, Sheldon Garcia, Simon Lewis, Alice Chen and Janette McLennan are lateral hires.

Dash works with the commercial insurance team in Perth. She focuses on liability and workplace health and safety matters in WA, working with insured and private clients on personal injury, medical malpractice, property damage and aviation disputes, WHS incident investigations, prosecutions, and WHS processes and procedures.

McGill is part of the corporate and commercial team in Newcastle. She is a commercial litigator with over 20 years of dispute resolution experience, particularly in relation to contentious personal and corporate insolvency. She represents insolvency practitioners and advises directors, shareholders, and stakeholders in general commercial litigation matters.

Roberts is with the projects & government commercial group in Newcastle. She has worked on project structuring, tendering and procurement, contract negotiation, project delivery, and dispute resolution as a seasoned projects, infrastructure and construction lawyer. Her clients include Commonwealth, state and local governments, energy and resources companies, property developers, and major contractors in the transport, water, energy and resources, defence and property industry sectors.

Tyne is part of the commercial insurance team in Sydney. An insurance lawyer and litigator, hr has tackled complex financial lines matters and reinsurance disputes. He assists national and international insurers and reinsurers on coverage issues, and represents insureds in speciality risk areas such as professional indemnity, directors and officers, management liability, warranty and indemnity, and cyber.

Tay practises with the property team in Melbourne. He has guided listed corporations, developers, property funds, and managers on the acquisitions and disposals of retail, industrial, commercial and development land, banking, food and beverage, fuel and energy and commercial leasing, property development across sectors, joint ventures, financing and structuring of transactions.
