Hall & Wilcox has welcomed Alex Hartmann as the newest partner on its national construction team.

Hartmann has practised in construction law for more than three decades. He is an expert on matters involving large-scale construction and engineering project delivery.

He has handled contract structuring, drafting, and negotiation, as well as contract administration and dispute resolution covering adjudication, litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. His clients include universities, state-owned corporations, and those in the institutional property, utilities, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.

Hall & Wilcox CEP Graydon Dowd said that Hartmann added “depth to our front-end construction capability, as well as further strengthening our back-end construction offering".

“We have been strategically focused on growing our broader property, planning and construction capabilities nationally and Alex’s appointment complements our existing team”, Dowd said.

Hartmann brings a small team with him.
