The deal makes Height 4 Hire Queensland's biggest privately owned access equipment hire business
Macpherson Kelley has helped Height 4 Hire to acquire Global Hire & Services, making Height 4 Hire Queensland’s biggest privately owned access equipment hire business.
The acquisition was settled for an undisclosed amount. Lead principal lawyer Esteban Gomez highlighted the complex nature of the transaction.
“Dealing with multiple arms' length sellers presented a unique hurdle, effectively making this a dual transaction”, he explained.
Gomez headed up the Macpherson Kelley team alongside national head of tax John Ioannou, special counsel Elizabeth Allen and lawyer Grace Hooper. Gomez and Hooper handled corporate transactional issues, while Ioannou and Allen advised on tax structuring issues.
