The firm adds senior associates to its corporate and resource management teams
Bell Gully has added two senior lawyers to its corporate and resource management teams. Ryan Ellis and Jill Gregory have commenced as senior associates of the firm.
Ellis comes back to the firm after working in in-house teams at Woolworths/Progressive Enterprises and Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. He has also been part of the corporate team at Herbert Smith Freehills in London. He has particular expertise in M&A and commercial matters.
Gregory moves to the firm from Chapman Tripp. She specialises in environmental, resource management, and public law. Co-chair of the Auckland branch of the Resource Management Law Association, she has extensive experience in project alliances, including a nationally significant public-private partnership procurement.
Both Ellis and Gregory are based in Auckland.
