Chapman Tripp debuts litigation tech team

A new team of litigation technology specialists has debuted at Chapman Tripp

The Digital Litigation Solutions team will focus on providing external document and trial support to external firms, leveraging Chapman Tripp’s in-house resourcing capability in relation to large electronic discoveries, due diligences and electronic courtroom processes. The team will manage electronic and hard copy information in a variety of volumes and formats, employing eDiscovery, AI software, and data room solutions.

The team will concentrate on assisting the firm’s clients as well as barristers and law firms. Client data are secured, with exclusive access granted only to the team.

Lynn Holtz has been named the national manager of the Digital Litigation Solutions team. The veteran has more than four decades of experience gleaned in New Zealand and beyond, and also helped to develop the New Zealand High Court discovery rules implemented in 2012.

She has tackled high-profile and large-scale cases, investigations, and deals.
