ClearStone Legal welcomes new general law solicitor

ClearStone Legal has brought in barrister Kristin Sumpter as a general law solicitor, reported the NZ Law Society.

Sumpter has a wealth of experience in trust administration, estate planning, and estate administration. She has also tackled elder law and residential property issues.

In addition to being a qualified barrister, she is a qualified solicitor of the High Court. She has been practising for more than two decades since her admission in 2002.

Before returning to general practice to work with private clients, Sumpter logged a stint with The Law Association as a CPD programme developer.
