Two new senior associates have strengthened the team at Davenports Law, reported the New Zealand Law Society.

Stephanie Irons commences with the trusts and private wealth team, while Catherine Lee starts with the property team.

Irons has provided guidance on matters involving trusts, private wealth structuring, protection, and succession planning. She has worked with high net worth individuals on inter-generational wealth transfer issues and managed contentious trusts and estates concerns.

Lee has advised on commercial and residential property law matters such as property acquisition and development, property finance, subdivisions, commercial leasing, and business structuring. She has also guided international logistic entrepreneurs.

In addition, she brings two years of in-house experience to the table, having tackled legal issues for a corporate conglomerate, spanning renewable energy, large-scale developments, acquisitions, leasing, construction, debt recovery and corporate compliance.
