Twenty-five organisations made the rank this 2020
NZ Lawyer has announced its inaugural Employer of Choice award, with 25 organisations making it to the list of New Zealand's top-ranking legal employers in terms of overall employee experience.
The entry process saw the winners providing qualitative and quantitative information to demonstrate their achievements in the areas of remuneration, training and professional development, career progression, diversity and inclusion, access to technology and resources, communication, leadership, work-life balance, health and wellbeing, reward and recognition, and recruitment.
