The newly promoted lawyers specialise in immigration, property, family, private-client, and commercial matters
Saunders & Co has elevated Jen Bensley, Sarah Bee, and Liam Glubb to partner.
Bensley, who leads the firm’s immigration team, is also a specialist in commercial and property law. She joined the firm in 2015 as an immigration and commercial lawyer, moving from Heartland Immigration where she was a licensed immigration adviser. She was also previously with Duncan Cotterill, Immigration New Zealand, New Zealand Police, and Lane Neave.
Bee specialises in family, property, trust, and wills and estates. She has a particular interest in trusts and estates, as well as relationship property matters. She joined the firm in 2013 after working with smaller Wellington law firms since 2001.
Glubb, a commercial and property specialist, joined the firm in 2016 from Lane Neave, where he was an associate since 2014. He advises clients ranging from “mum and dad” business owners, property investors, and private clients to major corporates. Glubb, who has law and accounting degrees, has a particular interest in commercial property development.
Bensley, Bee, and Glubb are all based in Saunders & Co’s Christchurch CBD office. Saunders & Co, which also has offices in Ferrymead and Hornsby, now lists 10 partners on its website.
