Tauranga firm Sharp Tudhope Lawyers has announced the appointment of James Dow to its commercial team as special counsel.

Dow brings with him significant experience gained from stints at major firms in Auckland, as well as several years at global law firm Watson Farley & Williams in London.

According to the firm, Dow will subsequently join its partnership once he has fulfilled New Zealand Law Society’s regulatory requirements.

Richard Hoare, partner at Sharp Tudhope Lawyers, said that Dow’s appointment is another strategic move by the firm to strengthen relationships with their clients and the community.
