NZ Lawyer is calling for entries to its third annual Most Influential Lawyers
NZ Lawyer’s third annual Most Influential Lawyers has opened nominations to recognise the best in the legal profession.
The list will showcase the leaders in the following categories: Young Influencers – lawyers aged 40 or under who have had an extraordinary impact on the profession or society; Human Rights, Advocacy, and Criminal – human rights lawyers, criminal lawyers, and those involved in political or other advocacy work; Changemakers – lawyers in any type of practice who have been leaders, innovators, or catalysts for positive change in any area of the profession such as diversity, law firm management, education, and others; Government/Non-profits/Associations – lawyers engaged in public inquiries, officers of Parliament, academic institutions and the judiciary; Business – lawyers working on litigation, deals, class actions and other areas related to business.
A place on the list is a clear affirmation of a candidate’s hard work and commitment to rising above the unique challenges of the profession.
Nominations can be made until 31 March through this online form. Self-nominations are also welcome.
The Most Influential Lawyers 2023, proudly supported by the Society of Construction Law New Zealand, will be published on the NZ Lawyer website in July.
