Two new partners at Buddle Findlay
Buddle Findlay has made two new additions to its partnership, appointing commercial litigation and corporate law specialists as partners in its Auckland office.

Effective on the first day of the year, David Broadmore and Lisette Hood were the newest partners at the national law firm.

Broadmore is a member of the Buddle Findlay litigation team and specialises in commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in resolving insolvency, professional negligence, property, construction, insurance and contractual disputes.

He advises and acts for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, insurers, public bodies and private and corporate clients.

Meanwhile, Hood is a member of the firm’s corporate team and specialises in corporate law, commercial contracting and mergers and acquisitions.

She advises the firm’s national and international clients – in both the public and private sector – on transactional issues relevant to investment in New Zealand based assets, complex commercial supply agreements, regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues.
