Hogan Lovells has appointed a senior executive to a newly created global knowledge management role.

Ullrich-North begins with US BigLaw on 6 February as global head of knowledge management. Hogan Lovells said the appointment illustrates the importance of knowledge and research for the firm and its clients. Ullrich-North will oversee a team that supports the firm’s more than 3,500 lawyers and more than 2,500 members of business services around the world. It will also be engaged directly with clients on research and intelligence matters.
