K&L Gates has guided Dimensional Fund Advisors (Dimensional) on the launch of three new equity exchange-traded funds (ETFs) on the ASX.

The ETFs that debuted on the exchange on 19 August are the Dimensional Australian Value Trust – Active ETF (DAVA), Dimensional Global Value Trust – Active ETF (DGVA), and Dimensional Global Small Company Trust – Active ETF (DGSM). The ETFs are available in a “dual-access” structure that can be accessed through ASX-listed and unlisted distribution channels alike.

“Dimensional continues to make strong inroads in the Australian ETF market, which has had extraordinary growth. We are delighted to assist an important global client in its expansion in Australia”, K&L Gates co-lead partner Lisa Lautier said.
