Addisons corporate star commences with Keypoint Law

Addisons corporate star Michael Ryan has commenced with Keypoint Law.

Ryan is Keypoint Law’s first consulting principal hire this year. He joined the team in Sydney last month to enhance the firm’s corporate and M&A offering.

Ryan has over three decades of experience in corporate advisory, cross-border transactions, equity capital markets and M&A. He has provided specialist advice on the Corporations Act, particularly in relation to capital raisings, insider trading laws, public company takeovers, ASX listing rules, and continuous disclosure matters for clients in the biotechnology, funeral services, healthcare, mining, oil and gas, and technology sectors.

At Addisons, he was a partner for 17 years before transitioning to the role of consultant.
